1983 P Lincoln Memorial Cent Error?

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 75387 Posts	Posted 10/03/2018 5:26 pm These are called Die Scratches (polishing lines). As you can see, they were trying to polish out a previous Die Clash event on the die, but didn't get all of it. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/04/2018 12:29 pm Trying to remove the clash marks and during the 1983-1984 cent dies there were several clash/polish events over and over. The polishing was so deep it started altering the columns. Fairly common during those two years. Report this Post to the Staff
