Can this small error be an excessive material variety or can it be gas filled bubble ?

gas bubbles are associated with the copper plated zinc cents. Dimes (and all other clad coinage) have a layer of copper sandwiched between the copper/nickle alloy (75% copper, 25% nickel) outside layers then bonded and rolled to proper thickness - no gas bubbles on clad coinage

So yes - small die chips

These are tiny Die Chips that you have. They're kinda common on the newer Dimes.

Those are some small die chips.

Gas bubbles often occur on copper-plated zinc Lincoln cents. Dimes don't get gas bubbles because they are not plated.
