It looks like Die Deterioration but clearer pics are needed.

Not a Doubled Die. A Doubled Die happens only during a mistake in the die making process, not caused by the strike. As noted, you just have a Nickel with heavy Die Deterioration, caused by striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. This isn't the same as a Doubled Die. It's way different.
