1995 D "chipped" Or Doubled "b" In Liberty

JTAC Valued Member United States 72 Posts	Posted 09/04/2020 5:24 pm I had to angle the last pic in order to get the lighting correct, but the "B" in LIBERTY is cut off at the bottom left of it. There is a an extra raised line to the left of the B as well. Was this die damage? I cannot imagine this was post-damage because there aren't any extended points of damage, plus there is a straight edge on the left of the B to make it look almost like a doubling.
