I've had these pennies for a while now, because one of them seems odd or different from the other 1969.
Specifically the reverse....The coin to the right is the one in question...Thanks in advance and Happy New Year !

Probably caused by Die Deterioration.
What does the Jefferson nickel have to do with it?

There are several reverse designs:

So compare with examples from the same year to see the differences.
