Interesting piece! Looks like the inscription on the obv is:

QVEM DAS FINEM REX MAGNE LABORVM
EVROPA PERTVRBATA
MDC IIIC

Or "King, to what end will you give to our labor?"

I wonder about the date though--is it 1603?

Can't find the reference but Dassier made a few series deriving from the classic mythologies. This doesn't look fine enough for Dassier's work but it could be a contemporary copy.

I think the date is 1697. MDC = 1600, IIIC = 3 less than 100. Not the most common way to write Roman numerals, but not unheard of.

Cannot say anything about the medal itself though - interesting piece.
