1906 Liberty Nickel With Multiple Errors

Hello. I'm hoping I finally have a legitimate error coin but I couldn't say for sure what type of error or errors there may be. On the obverse, there appears to be a staple embedded around 11:00 and an odd hole/gouge at 7:00. The face is missing the chin-there appears to be an extra patch of metal here and there seems to be a divide between the top and bottom-one section being a different tone than the other. On the reverse, there is a large bubble at 11:00 which seems to be related to the gouge on the obverse. Has anyone ever seen something like this before? Your input would be much appreciated.

Belongs on the classic coin variety and error page, not the modern, but also appears to just be damage, not a variety or error.

Looks like PMD and glue residue to me. Kinda what I was expecting.

Unfortunately this one is damage. It's such a shame to see it too on something so old.

This unfortunate victim was scraped, gouged, and survived an unsuccessful puncture. Just a cull.

I agree damage, but I wonder if this coin wasn't holed and then partly repaired. That looks like solder to me.
