What does the edge look like? It seems to be re-processed.'

It has that reprocessed look.
A photo of the edge will tell the story.

Photos show much glare, which suggests a super-shiny plated coin, or a less-than-optimal photography set-up. High grade, non-plated steel cents do not have a polished, chrome-like shine.

cant grade from the photos as way to much glare but when you get a shine like that its pretty likely that its reprocessed

Looks to be a VF coin that was re-plated, typical. These are common, worth about 2-3 cents IMO.
