If so, those characters that are incuse as opposed to raised atop the surface are not doubled. Search the forum for the same quarter with the added keyword ' DDR' and you'll find posts detailing the difference between doubling on incuse vs raised letters/numbers on a coin. I made that mistake often early on, I think on the same quarter as well. Happy hunting : ) Report this Post to the Staff
