I'm really stumped on this one. It is much thinner than other 67 halves, Weighs 10.96g, and has either severe wear or some type of defect on obverse. I'm a complete novice at this, so any info and advise would be greatly appreciated!
To thee CCF It has been worn down either intentionally or unintentionally . With the Weight Tolerance, it is only .08g underweight which can be accounted for by the wear.
Most likely a pocket piece. Doesn't look like a die adjustment strike. Note the polished look, from the coin constantly rubbing inside a pocket.
