The design element on the first pic reminds me of the arched hills of the Ananda Dynasty. I feel looking at the inscriptions, it looks more from the period of British rule in India and more likely a Muslim ruler. I know its pretty hard to identify but the struck mark on the obverse made me curious as to the person's initial been forcibly struck on the coin to be reused.
