Definitely fake, don't even need to look at the MM, those plum Wheats on the stalks stand out like a soar thumb.and as mentioned, it is a pretty bad fake too.

Well known fake. Just saw one of these counterfeit off-center 1909-S LWCs posted on reddit like a week ago. Mint mark placement and size/shape is a dead giveaway, as is the shape of the date. Really the whole thing, in fact. It's quite a poor fake.
