Looks like a stain coin outline from another coin in a cup holder issue. It will be levels with the surface. If it were incuse, then it would be damaged. It's not raised, so it's not a die issue.

Agree with the above--not an error, it's post-strike staining issue.

I agree, looks like a post mint stain. Please always show up both sides of your coin, and please crop photos to the edges of your coin. Thanks.
