I can seem to find a reference for a die crack for this date and mint mark. It stems from the rim to nose. Perhaps it's not a die crack. I'm not sure.

Photos need to be as large as possible and cropped. I can hardly see the surface quality of this coin.

My first impression is that it looks like a lamination issue.

Without sharper pics I'd say lamination peel as well.

I'm thinking lamination as well. Caution--enlarging a smaller, lower resolution image will not produce a large sharper image.

By enlarging the photo, you can see that it is a slight lamination, not a die crack.

I would agree that you have a buffalo with a delamination...doesn't appear to have disengaged from the coin...but need a better pic to be sure.
