First to mind is the Lincoln Cent since he would need to look up and all but one of the Presidential dollars since they would need to look down to their right (Kennedy being the only one apparently looking right at it). However, if anyone wants to nitpick and say "looking away" from IGWT, then several Presidential dollars fit the bill.
