2021 P Crossing The Delaware Quarter . Sword Sheath Polishing Issue?

Could someone help me with this coin? On the reverse of this coin is an area that I thought could have been a polishing issue, but there is a gouge above the sheath. The issue seems to to have distorted the whole area around the sheath.
Anyway, as you know, I am very new to these findings, and would like ya'lls expert opinions and gracious explanations. :)

I agree with John1 on this one. It looks like a slightly altered damaged die with feeder ringer damage on that die:
