I was at MS-63 - the chatter on Elizabeth's cheek brings it down a little. But then I was wondering whether this is a heavy cameo or something like that?
the chatter you see is shoulder burn..... this coin came out of a prooflike set, like a sealed cardbored set..... there is 0 contact marks on this coin
The pictures aren't good enough to determine grade accurately imho. If there truly are no contact marks at all then likely it's PL67 or so, but it doesn't look that nice in the pictures. Yes there is the obvious roughness on the high points like cheek, shoulder and under the caribou's ear on its neck from the original planchet surfaces but it really does appear there are contact marks as well. If there are then I'd guess it's more like PL65-66. I'd lean more towards that.
I agree it also does look like there is some degree of cameo, particularly on the reverse, but that's impossibly to quantify without exceptionally accurate pictures or having the coin in hand.
I would be alot that it is all die burn, just with proof likes it's hard to get good pictures with just a phone and the digital x2 zoom exaggerates any little dot alot, and makes em look more grainy......
