Please take a look at this 1993-P Kennedy half dollar with a weird coloration pattern on obverse. It is in decent condition.

Would you keep a coin like this one?

It's some weird discoloration/toning. Maybe liquid got spilled on it? To me, it's a spender.

I agree! Artificial toning created likely by some reactive liquid being spilled or applied to the coin.
