Grading these coins is always tricky, due to the general lack of fine details that might be good "tells" for wear points. I'd have no problems calling both of these Uncirculated. If you want TPG/Sheldon grading, my best guesses would be MS64, maybe lower for the top one.

Thanks guys, yes I stored these away and decided to get opinions on grade they both uncertified but they do look good.

They look in the MS-63 to 64 range.
