Trump Commemorative $1 Coin

Vector Ze, present gold prices would be immaterial to the size of a new $1 gold coin.

If the Mint were to produce any gold coin with the size and content of the $1 gold coins made in the 1800's, it' s likely it would be sold by the Mint at a price relative to the current value of 1.50 grams of gold.

That said, the announcement by Secretary Bessent regarding a "new $1 gold coin" is erroneous as what will be produced is merely "golden" in color.

At this point, It really has nothing to do with politics, but common sense and actually trying to be a good human being.
When you are someone who is gender-diverse, like me, perhaps you'd understand more the association of discrimination and hate
touted at every end from Trump, his administration, and the majority of his supporters. So, given that, if you were someone
in my shoes, tell me, would you be happy to celebrate this and see Trump spouting about "freedom, and values for all,"
despite his very apparent lack of showing he actually
stands for this? I think not.
