your trueview photo is overexposed so not that good to help out here and your in hand photos the lighting is not very good to see the toning properly. it can be a challenge to photograph proofs especially in a holder. lay the coin on a flat surface. do not use any overhead light or flash. based on what I can see your coin would not be considered Amazing, I would place it in the Above Average toning box. it would not have added any bump in the grade imo.

here is some insight into how PCGS looks at toning for both MS and Proof coins

PCGS uses seven levels for toning: Amazing, Positive, Above Average, Neutral, Below Average, Negative, Ugly.

MS/PR68 - Must have positive eye appeal.
MS/PR67 - Must have above average eye appeal.
MS/PR66 - Cannot have below average eye appeal.
MS/PR65 - Cannot have negative eye appeal; can have below average luster/toning only if outstanding in all other areas

For silver coins, PCGS looks for:

Even, subtle toning (no splotchy or deep embedded color).

Strong, even luster (MS) or deep, clear reflectivity (PR).

Sharp strike (especially for proofs).

Minimal, acceptable marks that don't hurt the visual impact.

Meeting minimum eye appeal levels for the grade.

If a coin meets the technical grade but has poor eye appeal, it may be downgraded; conversely, exceptional eye appeal can boost a coin's grade

This coin is a chameleon though and this pictures are not capturing its true full color skin because each picture is a snapshot at a certain angle. Love when the reverse looks gunmetal but the wing has electric blue and the sheild has a hint of pink
