Based on PCGS, I make this a Newcomb-6 given the die crack on the reverse, but I note that there are a number of varieties that are missing from the list there. And it's one of the longer variety lists I've seen for a coin, running up to 44, yet quite a few are missing from the PCGS list. Are all present on Variety Vista? If not, where might one find them?

Also, am I overly optimistic calling this EF? I looked at PCGS Photograde, but I don't have a lot of Braided Hair Cents of my own to compare with,.

Thanks.

I agree, N6. As for why not every variety is listed on pcgs, N-19 is proof only, and the other ones were probably delisted, having been proven to be some other variety. The coin is probably EAC VF-25, but pcgs is wayyyyy too forgiving on these early coppers. The gouge through the second T in states would probably net grade it to VF-20.
