As I only collect circulating coins, it is the $2 coin being released through your change at the PO that I'm interested in attaining!

Nice looking coins and a bit of a shame they aren't all going to be released for circulation. I don't see the point in releasing so many non-circulating coins if the RAM are trying to get kids interested in coin collecting.

No one is going to pay a premium price for a set of coins to give to a kid to play with. It would be better if kids could collect coins from circulation and swap with their mates at school. It would make collecting more interesting for them.

RAM are making coin collecting a very expensive hobby by releasing so many expensive non-circulating coins. Australia Post made the same mistake years ago trying to issue excessive numbers of stamps to gouge money out of collectors. Put and end to active collecting for many of us. Now RAM are doing the same.

Anyway, I will look for the circulating $2 coin and I won't be paying silly prices to the ebay scalpers either!
