I need some advice on this one. There does not appear to be any use or abuse on this coin,I know this is a key date but it does appear to have many light scratches. What would you value this coin at? Generally speaking of course!

My first thought is that this coin has been harshly cleaned, just too many scratches especially on the obverse to look like normal bag marks. I also see some wear in the hair line. I would grade this as AU-55 cleaned. BV is @$650. If you are thinking of buying this one, you might be better off waiting for a less questionable one to come along.

with Echizento.

I'd hate to see you spend money on a coin you wouldn't be happy with. This coin does appear to have been cleaned a bit harshly.

IMO.
