Russian Medal To Identify (Id: 1960's - 70's Giftshop Medal From Hermitage Museum In St.petersburg)

I'm a bit stumped on this one.

If anyone can read russian, it would probably greatly help! also two makers marks on the piece which I have photographed. No date, but I would guess late Tzarist/ early Soviet maybe. A few ferrous looking deposits on one side, so perhaps an iron based metal. 70mm diameter. Any help welcomed! Thanks!

It's a souvenir medal from a gift shop at the Hermitage museum in St.Petersburg. The legend says "Hermitage-Leningrad". I'd put it in the 1960's - 70's era when those were popular.

Edit: There were no gift shops at Soviet museums, most souvenirs of this type were sold at newspaper kiosks.
