Is this leaf really doubled also with the 962....

I am an idiot....looks like I can answer my own question....I looked at my other 1962/962's and guess what I found

The extra stem looks like it could be part of a die clash.

All the '62 double dates have those, its like a separate type of doubling.
There is another mark best seen on your second picture in the top right corner, on the left leaf. I had found a 1964 penny with these same features but the doubling on the date is a little hard to spot.
