Bryan1315 Bedrock of the Community United States 14454 Posts	Posted 11/13/2006 03:14 am I have my first 10 sets already here in 2 per box so I have 5 boxes already, and I have 5 more boxes that says they will ship in december with 2 sets in each box that are going to my aunts house next door. I paid 4.00 a box but atleast I dont have to send but 2 sets at a time to the TPG to get them certified as 20th anniversary sets. I think I blew 2 years of budget on the gold 20th anniversary sets and the silver sets but atleast I have already sold one of the gold sets and paid for 5 of the Gold sets Edited by Bryan1315 11/13/2006 03:16 am Report this Post to the Staff

I was a little worried since when I originally saw the 12/8 date, these sets are Xmas gifts to family members and they wouldn't arrive in time for Xmas. Report this Post to the Staff

He sells coins on a tv coin show for outrageous prices and gets away with it because of the hype he puts on them. Because of the huge volume of coins he submits for grading, he was successful in convincing several coin grading services to provide a first strike designation for his coin show and the rest is history. By the way, I believe that these 3 coin sets will be a great investment. If you're looking for a set or two, you can buy them directly at the US Mint for $100 a set. My primary purpose in this auction was to inform coin collectors of the false and misleading first strike designation and to enable investors who have already purchased the maximum limit of 10 sets to buy more if they wish to do so. You will see that the die sets are replaced after every 300 - 500 Proof Eagles. Also, how they are distributed. To me, only the first coin on each die set is a true first strike and there is no way to know if you get one of those are not. When you go to the US Mint site and click on 20th Anniversary sets it shows this beneath the picture of the silver set: Product will be available for shipping 12/08/2006.
