If I may ask about one more coin, this one is in a box from the Columbia Mint. It is only 9 mm in diameter, so the scan looks messed up. I tried scanning the opposite side but it looks far worse than this side.

It is a miniature replica of a Saint-Gaudens $20 gold coin. It was privately made as the Columbia Mint has no connection to the US Mint. Value is a few dollars as a novelty.
