I was just looking at the yahoo auction site and saw this error coin. It's even graded by NGC at MS69. I don't know if it's worth $450, but that's about the starting bid. Here is the auction:

Pretty cool, but not nearly as unusual as most I see in this forum.

First of all why would the shipping price be $16.00, I dont know much about ebay BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE way TO HIGH BOTH SHIPING AND PRICE

For a die adjustment strike, I would expect to see far more effect. Usually that term is reserved for a piece that is weakly struck, that is, when they are setting the dies in place and testing the strike for production.
Not impressed by a slightly offset strike.

This was a Yahoo auction, not ebay. I have no idea how the shipping costs are handled there. I only look on their occasionally since I came across it by accident. I was not impressed with the "error" either. But I bet someone will buy them.
