2008 Double 8 Cent - Coin Community Forum

Smallcentguy Pillar of the Community Canada 1984 Posts	Posted 09/23/2011 12:01 pm I just got a group of coins back from ICCS today. Happily they ageed that a 2008 cent that I had submitted had a "double 8". Has anyone else seen this variety? Also, feeling pretty darn pleased with the results from a 2011 roll. One roll yielded 3 MS 67s! Was this a complete lightning strike or have others found that the quality of 2011 cents is unusually high? DvntMstr Valued Member Canada 223 Posts	Posted 09/26/2011 3:00 pm I havent noticed the 2008 double 8 but now I will have to go throught them all again hoping to find one :) I have many very high grade 2011s both magnetic and non magnetic, I was surprised to see how nice most of them are, easily MS64 or 65 Report this Post to the Staff
