ONE SIDE IS THE KING AND OTHER SIDE IS ONE PENNY 1930 SOLDIER SIT AND HOLD SWORD.

I have one Penny from 1930, GEORCIVS V DEI:BRITT:OMN:REX FID:DEF:IND:IMP:

One side is the king and the other side is One Penny 1930 with a soldier sitting down holding a sword.

It sounds like you have a British 1930 penny. That won't be worth much unless it is in uncirculated condition.

It certainly won't be worth anything close to a genuine Australian 1930 Penny
