messed up my first post, so I'm doing these one by one
i think there is a die crack that I can see in hand, but cant quite capture with a picture

It's actually a pretty decent strike for that Mint from what I think I've seen. Giving the pics all benefit of the doubt, MS-62.

I would guess AU-58. Obverse seems to be MS but I think the reverse has a slight amount of wear.

hard to say with all the glare on these photos. I want to say 62....convince me - you are getting this out of that stained old folder anyways. right? LOL

This looks AU, it looks like there is wear on the top of the cap, cheeks and above the ear, the reverse also looks to have wear on the eagles breast, wing and the high points of the leaves but then again it could just be the picture.
