Wow, unless there are certain markers, this is tough to tell. If you're planning to send it in, I would be interested to hear the verdict, or if it is even graded since it's so difficult to tell.

That is an odd one. If you look at the letters on the reverse they are also distorted near the rim.

It looks like this coin was scraped around the edges.
