It is very small late roman bronze with some cross on rev. Can someone id this coin?

It could possibly be a THEODOSIUS II RIC 451 from the Cyzicus mint:

OBV: D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG, pearl diademed, draped & cuirassed bust right
REV: Cross within wreath, X in jewel at top of wreath; I can't quite make out the minmark but could it be SMK(?) in ex.

The image is a little blurry, but I recognized the coin from the one in my collection. I'm not 100%, especially the mint, but I think it's close.

All I saw was the cross on the rev and I knew this must have been late 4th century, but I couldn't id it further. Nice job jw!
