This is my first post but I have been using coin community for a while as a reference guide and I just wanted to thank all of you for the feedback and expertise you provide so that someone like me can learn more about the minting and error process.
I was looking through a roll of 1962 Frankling half dollars and I think I may have found what I believe to be a doubled die of the E Pluribus Unum. There are about 12 coins from the roll that I think have this but some are weaker and some are stronger. I have been having a hard time taking pictures so I added a couple digital microscope pictures to hopefully make it easier. I have not been able to find any information on this variety if indeed it is a doubled die. Any information, opinions, or comments at all would be greatly appreciated! If you would like more or better pictures, let me know and I will do what I can. Thank you all in advance!

Thanks for looking! I've been trying hard to take decent pic's without buying an expensive camera. Here are a few more that I tried to take with a magnifier. They are a little shaky but I think they show some better detail than the other pictures.

I don't see any doubling. FWIW, it looks like a proof strike.

I see what you are talking about. Some of those letters in EPU are interesting. Also interesting is the lack of a response! I THINK there is just enough of a question to keep most people from answering. It would take a better photo for me to make a firm decision.

i dont see any 62 DDR listed at CONECA or Franklin Lovers.
it could possibly be a DDR but you will have to send it in for attribution/examination.
