Hi everybody here's an AE 3 of Julian apostate, not in good condition,I can't understand the mint, maybe cyzicus or rome...ont the overse we read DN CL IVL....as in the rome mint.
Rome
RIC 315 Julian II AE3. D N CL IVLIANVS N C, bare-headed, cuirassed bust right / FEL TEMP-REPARATIO, helmeted soldier spearing a fallen horseman who is wearing a Phrygian helmet, reaching backwards, R-dot-M-dot-P in ex.

but is also similar to this
Cyzicus
RIC 116 Julian II, as Caesar, AE3 17mm. 335-360 AD. DN FL CL IVLI-ANVS NOB CS, bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust right / FEL TEMP-REPARATIO, Soldier standing left, right knee raised, spearing fallen horseman who is wearing a Phrygian helmet, reaching backwards. dot-M-dot in left field, SMK delta off flan in ex. RIC VIII Cyzicus 116; cf Sear 4063.

It can't be RIC 116 as there is no room for "FL" in the legend. I read "DNCLIVL". I will have to look in my references to see what other mints struck a Julian with this legend.

I can't make out the mm very well from the image, but it looks like _MA_, which could mean SMA or Antioch. I don't know. What can you see with it in hand?

No, that's not the case. I think I saw DN CL IVL from Rome (RIC 295), Thessalonica (RIC VIII 190ADD), Constantinople (145A), Arles (RIC 270) to name a few. But I'll bet there are more out there. Take a look at this link. It may help you to attribute these types of coins:
