I am 43 been collecting for more than 30 years. My fiance has 2 young girls age 7 and 5. I have begun to work with the 7 year old on coins. She is using coins at school to learn money counting. So she recognize certian coins already. The younger one just like to get money and put it in her piggy bank. I have been suprising them when they are good with different things. Like I got them each a $2.00 bill, Statehood Quarters and so on. I also like to go through their piggy banks to search for errors. Not all the money in there is from me. So they love playing and looking through my 10X loupe. I am thinking about handing it off to the older one once I get my 40X with led lights. Now my fiance doesn't understand that it is a hobby/investment/ sometimes short turn around money maker.

Well it is great to see young people in the hobby, I may just stand corrected. Hope all you young guys and gals keep at it as it truly is a hobby for life.
Now for me just to get the funds to actually buy something ! Too many hobbies not enough time.
