Yes, that one is sad - I wonder what the reverse looks like?
But you can probably make yourself feel better by watching this:

I think the person handling the mint state Morgan should be wearing gloves. Setting a very poor example.

Classic, I've seen a lot of these in the junk silver bin.

There are so many videos on Youtube suggesting various insane ways to clean coins (here's a good one). I periodically look for them and leave scolding comments.

A lot of people think that modern coins will never become rare - but eventually they will with the number of people that are out there scrubbing and polishing them.

Hey Captainfwiffo I had to shut that video off as soon as I saw the mothers mag polish come out. What is really sad is that coin looked like it had a very good strike on it and now it is ( garbage). I like the begining with all the different chemicals. I got an idea why doesn't he mix it all up and see how that works. Maybe we would get lucky and he would pass out while making the video from the fumes.

Oh my God ... I agree with mariospaghetti => I had to turn that monster off once I saw the hard plastic brush coming out! (at first I thought it was a metal dog grooming brush and I almost wet my pants!) ... please don't make me watch or listen to anymore coin assassins!

it's like watching a coin snuff-film!

This actually hurt to watch. On the other hand, the two videos at the top finally showed me the difference between a cleaned coin and a non cleaned prof like coin. So thank you

Now his friends and family can come over and see his worthless collection....Wow :O
He might as well put them to a disc sander while he's at it.
Cleanser, chrome polish!
If that coin could talk, it would be screaming in pain.

Yes, it is really quite tragic => this coin has years of psychological counselling ahead ot it ... just another senseless statistic in the coin abuse world!

OUCH! It's like watching a homicide. I like the cleaner he said has "pumas" in it - I thought those were animals? It's too bad he didn't polish it up a bit more so we could clearly see his face in it and report him to the proper authorities.
