Is this a DD? You can see what looks like doubling or a second strike around the eye also. The coin shows type of error in quite a few places, it shows all the way around the head.

It is MD(machine damage or Machine Doubling) also called "shift doubling" .
Here's an extreme example.It adds no value to the coin.

The nickels more likely show Die Deterioration Doubling which will look like raised outlines around the letters. Different effect, still the same value - none.
