CCF Get Together?

This isn't uncommon for online communities. At my "other" main forum, I attend get-togethers three or four times a year up and down the Northeast Corridor, and I've been as far as Texas (I'm in New Jersey) for one. They have meets all over the world. Of course, they have north of 100,000 members, too.

I just booked the Hampton Inn right at the convention center for Thursday night and Friday night so I will be there Thursday til Saturday. I'm looking forward to it.

I booked my campground for Aug. 5th to 12th
It is supost to be a half hour from the Convention Centre, I hope. All I have to do now is find a parking lot that will fit my truck.

Will see you all in Aug.

If the nametags happen, who would get one? All members, or just ones working the table?

Would it be our actual names or forum name.

WOW where have I been 15 pages on this topic and I have just found it guess I need to look a all the messages here more. Well I only live 2 hours from Phil and I have an RV also, hate going to Philadelphia though to tell the truth well hate any big city.

Been an ANA members for years and never been to a show.

But would be nice to actually meet some coin community members have to give this some thought.

Not easy for me to attend such events as I can walk ok but not for hours and I can't sit on anything hard so have to bring my mobility scooter and that is not easy.

Parking for one thing I have a long dually pickup and when my mobility scooter rack is on the back makes it even longer.

When I attended the Hot Springs quarter opening ceremony I went there the day before and located a parking spot I hoped would be empty the day of and it was worked out ok.

But having a stick house two hours from Phil I know what that city is like ashamed to say it also but the locals are not considerate at all dog eat dog when driving there.

So anyway we have allot of planned trips this summer already and also wish to go somewhere this fall out 40 wedding anniversary so have to see what the wife thinks she has no interest in coins. Her only purchase to to that surprised me was to ask me to buy some gold for her awhile back.

I told her not to buy any at the price she paid but she wanted it anyway so I bought some for her.

Anyway would love to come but must consider allot of things before I can make up my mind.
