I was under the impression that these were the same thing, till a dealer said he had some graded "P6" and "P7" or maybe b6 or b7.....anyway...my question is; does the center band need to be split in two for it to be a FB?

Or is it really the same thing? FB and FSB

The term are the same.

But then if the bands are rounded and is fully split, that would be better in strike quality and it deserve in my opinion "FRSB"!

I don't know what that dealer system is probably his own book keeping plus grading method.

I believe that FSB and FB are synonymous.

What they call them doesn't matter. Look for two loaves of bread side by side.
