I would say VF by wear but has a lot of scratches and dings. By the photo it looks like it might be a little bent too. Is it? Interesting history to that country, Manchukuo.

yes, it has been a little bent, especially the right half of the "1 Jiao" side, because of heavy stress on it

I suspect fredd means that it has the details of a coin in fine condition, but due to all of the damage it would sell for less--maybe for the same price as an undamaged coin in good condition.
If the coin were made of silver, that would be a baseline price that it wouldn't fall below, but this coin is not silver.

LWCfan, you mean it could only be worth price for G- grade?
If it's silver, it could be worth its silver content at less.
But regrettably it's only an aluminum coin.
