What would the value of this coin be considering the damage on the reverse?

VF, real nice coin.

Not exactly sure on value, but probably at least a few hundred.

Damage doesn't look that bad and the coin is attractive. I'd guess $400 and maybe quite a bit more. As a problem-free VF20 it would be $500.

I agree with Brad the damage is not bad at all.
$400 sounds about right, maybe slightly more.
