Rulau lists it as having a rarity rating of R-1 (Common) on his Hard Times Rarity scale. ExoGuy Pillar of the Community United States 4421 Posts	Posted 12/10/2011 4:45 pm There are many interesting tokens in the Hard Times era; neat pictorials, too. Decent examples, VG-F, can often be obtained for $12-$20 or so. The subject token depicts the mythical phoenix, rising from the flames.
