Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me identify these medals? I've managed to find plenty of images of medals similar to these, but no exact matches. They're rather odd in that they've each got a shield-like emblem with inlaid... perhaps enamel?

I'm also wondering how much they might be worth. I know very little about numismatics, even less about collectible medals. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm having trouble uploading the images... so:

The manufacturer (probably in Germany) hybrid the medal by enameling the shield on the medal. There are un-enameled medals on ebay at 30 or so dollars with no bids.

I dont think the hybrids are worth much more than the standard medals/tokens, just as (to me, anyway) the US commemorative coinage that's been fancied up with enamel decor isn't worth much more than standard issues, in my opinion.

I have some enameled commemorative coins and tokens and their value is associated with the commemoration, enameled or not.

Some might say enameled commemorative medals arent as valuable as the original issue.

This is somewhere between a semi-educated guess and answer.

Hey, thanks for the input! I'm just glad to get some info on these obscure pieces. I'd never seen enameled details added to such a thing before, so this is all new and interesting to me.

Thanks again and happy holidays!
