I might be wrong, but that coin sends off several alarm bells. First of all, it looks like a fake - the colour is off and the details arent as sharp or well defined as they should be, even taking into account wear (one of the rays on the sun seems like it has faded into the fields, which is a tell tale sign of a fake). If it is real, which I doubt, I'd suspect that it has been subjected to severe cleaning. For $126, I'd stay away, but I would wait for more opinions as I am not 100% sure. Where is the seller from if you dont mind me asking?

Hes from Portugal, I discovered a coupple fake myself and confronted them that they might have been ripped off. Well I'm only buiyng at below spot or a little above! Just want to learn grading and check mintages for rare ones! The most surprising thing is that I make better deals here in my country then in ebay europe as the prices rise between 10% and 20% mosttly because of shipping costs! that is the only reason why I dont buy coins in the US, cause the shipping costs affect the total price between 20% to 40%!

In the other hand 1 oz bullion coins are much expensive here, like an exampe 1 oz silver liberty bullion costs me bettween 45$ actually a fear price to 70$ allthough in ebay europe the price range is the same, because of taxes, shipping costs and high premiums, but thats what we get by not having silver mines in europe!
So whe have to import, at a very high price!

These are obviously scans, so it's difficult to draw conclusions about the coin's surfaces. I don't see any obvious reasons to consider it counterfeit. Maybe VF35 details, which would make it about a $70 coin in the US if it makes it into a slab.

There is a ding at 2:00 on the obverse, and a mark of some sort at 5:00 on the reverse (at the end of DOLLAR) which have a bearing on the coin's quality. I don't think I like it at US$126, even understanding the price difference in Europe.

The coin is in VF 20 shape with rim damage and possible cleaning as it is all the same color. I would pass on this one at half the price.

I'd grade it as F-15 based on the incomplete breast plate. The rim hit above T of LIBERTY detracts slightly and the dull uniform color would raise suspicion about cleaning. However, I don't see any sign it is counterfeit.

If I could get $126 I'd sell it too! However, my value opinion would be more like $30-40, and only that much if I couldn't see a cleaning problem upon close examination.
