I'll say MS64 red, though I don't know if the carbon spots could affect grade/value ?

Nice coin, great details!

Well I'm not good at this, but my guess would be higher than your initial MS-60 estimate.

It was an ebay purchase from a couple years ago...$32.80.

I would like to see another picture. Looks like MS 63 but it'just not a good enough grade for you. Can I have it?

No grade - environmental damage. Looks like PVC.

As I recall it was listed as MS64 Red in an ASYN ebay auction. Its PVC contact would have been before my possession.
