This is not intended to be a political post or a debate. I do feel the mint should issue commemorative coins honoring the men and women who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Regardless of our different opinions of the wars, when/if they should end, and the reasons for fighting, we should all be able to agree that honoring our Soldiers is important.

The 2011 US Army dollar may not be just for these two wars but they depict our current soldiers in modern helmets.
