By the looks if it, it's probably had acid applied to eat away the surface.

This guy has had some things I have been interested in, but things he says are offputting.
This listing is so bad I am pretty sure I will never be buying anything from this seller.

read all of the listing

The person who reads and likes the complete listing will probably be very happy with their lucky coin and free gift.

I can't possibly make any sensible, constructive comment to such a load of tripe.

What he's attempting to sell is just a load of tripe!

Surely a real collector is not going to be sucked in by this drivel.

Jeff,
I think your comment is spot on.
Maybe the seller knows what he is doing.
I wonder what this miraculous coin will end up selling for.

No scratch marks? Or scratch marks are concealed by sandblasting pitting?

No problem. I'm bidding to get the yak bone.

I WAS ASKED ABOUT THE WEIGHT OF THE COIN AND FOUND OUT THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE COMPAIRED TO A REGULAR $1.

THIS COIN WEIGHS -------------- 7.75 GRAMS

NORMAL COIN WEIGHS --------- 8.95 GRAMS

AMAZING who would have thought that it would weigh less
And seller is in northern NSW I recon NIMBIN is a good guess where this coin is coming from.

The weight says everything we need to know. The seller is (willingly) mystified.
ebay is also peppered with "error coins" by sellers in the states.
