$20 Possible Ink Error - Small

yesterday went out and withdrew $100 from the bank,

gave me 20's, didnt end up using them, and this morning I took a look and realised they were all consecutive, so that was pretty cool but nothing special, then I had a closer look and observed that all the notes had an ink smudge in 2 different places that were exactly identical....

being that the notes came out in consecutive numbers I assume they are UNC, and until someone tells me the small ink smudges are worthless I'm going to keep it that way. the main smudges are under signature of Mary and on the left of the white stripe in the btm RH corner.
